The Boston Center for the Arts is easily accessible by car and public transportation. On-street parking is very limited in the immediate area and primarily reserved for neighborhood residents. However, there are several street level and under ground parking facilities minutes away from the Boston Center for the Arts.
Atelier/505 Parking Garage is located at 505 Tremont Street under the Calderwood Pavilion at the Boston Center for the Arts. Enter on Warren Ave, at the rear of the facility. The rate is $26 for 2-10 hours daily and $16 for evenings after 6pm.
Garage @ 100 Clarendon Street is located on Clarendon Street between Stuart Street and Columbus Ave, just before Back Bay Station. The evening rate is $10 from 5pm to 8am.
The Boston Center for the Arts is easily accessible via public transportation, by MBTA Orange Line, Green Line, Silver Line SL4 & SL5, and Bus Route #43:
- Orange Line to Back Bay Station— From the station, take Clarendon Street exit and walk with traffic (Clarendon Street is a one-way). Walk approximately 500 yards to Tremont Street. Take a left onto Tremont Street. The BCA is on the first block on the left.
- Green Line to Copley Square— From the station, continue along Boylston Street with traffic (Boylston Street is a one-way). Take a right onto Clarendon Street and walk approximately 750 yards to Tremont Street. Take a left onto Tremont Street. The BCA is first block on the left.
- Bus Route #43—Travels along Tremont Street between Park Street Station, on the Green Line, and Ruggles, on the Orange Line. Please ask the driver for the proper stop.
- Silver Line SL4 & SL5— Exit at either East Berkeley Street or Union Park. Walk towards Tremont Street by following the direction of traffic on either Berkeley or Union Park. From Berkeley, turn left onto Tremont; from Union Park turn right onto Tremont.
